We're operators by temperament, an agency by structure.
Niche Nudge works with direct advertisers, networks, and platforms in performance verticals — where the standard agency playbook either doesn't apply or actively breaks. We do four things: marketing, CRM, attribution, and fractional leadership. We do them well in places most agencies won't go.
What we mean by "performance verticals"
Categories where last-click ROAS lies louder than usual, where channel access shifts under your feet for policy reasons, where the LTV curve isn't shaped like a SaaS textbook, and where most consultants would rather you weren't in their client roster. LATAM fintech, eCom across the spectrum, ad-tech and affiliate networks, AI/entertainment SaaS, and the adjacent categories operators in those spaces tend to run.
How we're different from a typical agency
We come from operator backgrounds. We've run the functions, sat in the P&L meetings, and made the unglamorous calls about which channel to cut when the quarter is short. That perspective shows up in the work — fewer slide decks, more numbers, sharper recommendations, and a willingness to tell you the answer is "no" when it's "no."
Where we work
LATAM-heavy today, with a growing book of work in EMEA and North America. English and Spanish, comfortable in both. Most of our work runs remote with quarterly on-sites for retainers and fractional engagements.
Engagement shapes
Three formats: retainers when the function needs continuous attention, projects when the work is bounded, goals-based comp when the outcome is the only thing that matters. We figure out which fits in the first call.
